Wanaka is a small village situated 100km from Queenstown between the twin lakes Wanaka and Hawea.
We ended up in this beautiful town by mistake, fell in love with it straight away and stayed for 3 nights.

Picture taken on the top of Mount Iron. We had a 360 degree view of lake Wanaka and Hawea.
A nice pub in town where we had some local beers.
